Due to the type of items we sell (fishing tackle) most can and do show signs of wear or may become during use. Therefore, all items on this site, (outkastfishingtackle.com) are sold “as-is” without warranty by the manufacture. All “PREDATOR” items such as the PREDATOR tackle bag and PREDATOR grubs, are also purchased “as-is”, without warranty. Refer to WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS in the WARRANTY section at bottom of page for additional information regarding warranty.

Prior to making a purchase on this site the following will take place. Every order on our site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms of purchase, returns, cancelation, and warranty. Once accepted on the checkout page, the final details of your order will be listed during this checkout process. Following completion of the checkout process, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, detailing the products you have ordered with an order number, and setting forth the shipping address and delivery method for your order. This email is not an order acceptance from us, and your order will not be completed and accepted until we notify you that it has been shipped. Some (very few) items may require additional "over-sized" shipping fees based upon USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex rates. If so, we will notify you by email, provide an explanation of the extra fee, and you can either accept or cancel the order. If accepted, you must accept the added charge by replying to the email saying you have read and agree to the added shipping fee. If you wish to cancel the order, the sale will be cancelled and the "pending" charge will void. If we do not get in contact with you by phone or email, your order will be automatically cancelled without shipment.

Once we have processed any order, we will send you another email confirming that your order has been shipped (the"Shipping Notification"). You should save the shipping notification for your own records. The Shipping Notification will be deemed to be completion of your purchase contract. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the Shipping Notification will not form part of that contract. Completion of the contract will also not take place where we have notified you that we cannot accept your order. If your order is shipped via USPS,UPS, or Fed-EX, we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping Notification so you can track your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or prevent access to the Site at any time, with or without cause.


If you wish to return an item(s) purchased, you may return the unopened, unused, undamaged, and without any other signs on wear, item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase after the following. All return must be pre-authorized by a staff member at OUTKAST FISHING TACKLE by contacting 562-371-8023 or email – sales@outkastfishingtackle.com. All returns require a return authorization number (RAN) to ensure your return or exchange is documented and any potential questions have been answered prior to the return, including making sure the return is within the terms of this contact. If so, you will be provided a return authorization number and that number must be present on the outside of the return package(s) to OUTKAST FISHING TACKLE within 30 days of the order. Any returned item without a return authorization number will not be accepted. We recommend you send your returned item (s) with tracking and insurance in the event of lost or damage during shipment. If something is lost/damaged during shipment, the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping company if they wish to receive payment for the lost/damaged items. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from the time we receive and inspect the item(s) condition as described in the listed terms. If a package and items sent to us is opened, used, damage, or missing items, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued. You will not receive credit or a refund from OUTKAST FISHING TACKLE.

If your order arrived to you damaged or missing items, you must notify us immediately by email (so there is record for both parties within this contract). We may require picture(s), statement(s), and full assistance with filing the loss/damage claim as required with the shipping company (i.e. usps, fed-ex, ups, private courier, etc). If you do not contact us immediately (no more than 48 hours) from time item is delivered to you, or do not assist as needed with fling the claim, you may be denied a refund or exchange. As soon as you notice any damage on any item, it is not to be tested or used in any manner which may cause any additional damage, signs or use, signs of wear, including but not limited to scratched, tears, dents or any other visible blemish. Any items received and not immediately reported as damaged/lost, will mean you received all items as new and “as described" condition.


We will ship your order as quickly as possible, so once your order has been processed we are no longer able to cancel or modify it prior to shipping. Your order may be returned and refunded or given store credit within the guidelines described above. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If we cancel an order prior to shipment, the charge to your card will be void. To cancel an order you placed, please call 562-371-8023 or email sales@outkastfishingtackle.com as soon as possible and within the return guidelines above.


All items are sold “as-is”. OUTKAST FISHING TACKLE does not provide warranty coverage of any kind, for any item sold on this site whether exressed or implied, due to the type of items we sell (fishing tackle). Most fishing tackle does become worn or damaged during use. The California “implied warranty” does not apply to anything on this site due to the “as-is” purchase agreement. Prior to completing any purchase, you agree to the terms stated within. If you do not agree with the terms you shall leave the site without making a purchase.


1. Any item that becomes “defective” at any time during the particular manufacture warranty (if there is one), you must contact that manufacture and abide by their warranty. OUTKAST FISHING TACKLE is not responsible for any warranty related issues.
